Helicorp offers an array of aviation related maintenance activities ranging from total aircraft rebuilds to salvage retrieval throughout Central America. Since we are an FAA Part 145 maintenance facility we can also perform an array of inspections required for those aircraft registered in the United States that require return to service approvals by an appropriately rated mechanic or inspector. Among our services are:
- Authorized Aircraft Capabilities (OPS SPECS).
- Engine Overhaul, Troubleshooting and Line Maintenance.
- Annual, 100 and 50 Hour Inspections.
- Aircraft Salvage and Retrieval.
- Helicopter and Fixed Wing Aircraft Rebuilds.
Engine Overhauls by Helicorp are performed in accordance with factory approved guidelines and are warranted for ONE YEAR or 200 hours, whichever occurs first.We use only factory-approved, new parts accompanied by FAA Form 8130's.

Aircraft Salvage and Retrieval
Helicorp has several years experience in the salvage and retrieval of damaged aircraft from the harsh jungle terrain of Costa Rica and Central America. Our team utilizes an array of equipment and personnel to aid in the retrieval of damaged aircraft destined for repair or transport to appropriate repair facilities such as ours. From heavy-lift helicopters to flatbed trucks to our rapid response team of experienced mechanics.
Helicorp has the resources to immediately extract damaged aircraft while salvage value still exists. All retrievals are documented in hi-definition video along with digital pictures and archived for record keeping. In addition, we have the capability to provide secure, short or long term storage for insurance investigations and are experienced in the prepping and shipping of heavy containers should the need exist.
Aircraft and helicopter rebuilds are Helicorp's specialty. In today's world with an extremely limited supply of reasonably priced aircraft or helicopters the demand has never been greater. Statistics show that most major manufacturers are reporting delivery dates two to three years from today for current order placements. The price of late model used aircraft and helicopters in high demand, such as the Bell 206 Jet Ranger or Augusta 109, has skyrocketed prompting buyers to consider other options such as total rebuilds.
Because we operate Central America's only small aircraft free trade zone we are able to import and export goods and services to and from our facility duty free. |
